Sigma Car Alarm Repair Service.

All of our staff have been technically trained and certified by Sigma in Programming, Installing and Servicing of their products.

Whether you are suffering from an Alarm that is going off randomly during the night and keeping the neighbours awake, or you need a new keyfob programmed to the car, we can certainly help you if you are located within the Torbay area.

Important !

In order to use our services, you will need to make available to us your Sigma Car Alarm 4 digit pin code number that came with your alarm. If you have lost this number, then you will need to contact the original installer / supplier / main dealer of the alarm system as we are unable to retrieve this.

This is for our Diagnostic Services only and will cover any minor programming adjustments and tweaks as shown below but will not cover the repair of any faults or associated wiring. These will be priced accordingly once any diagnostic tests have been performed. The Diagnostic cost does not include any spare parts that may be required.

Our Diagnostic Services include :

Reading/Resetting the Alarm Fault Log
If you are suffering from an Alarm that is going off at random intervals and annoying the neighbours, then we can read and reset the Alarm data memory and determine the cause of the alarm activation.

Programming New Remotes
We can program new remote fobs to the Alarm. Most Sigma Alarms will allow up to four fobs to be used, so if you have had a new set of keys cut for the car, we can program up a new Alarm fob for you, or if you have managed to aquire an original fob from another similar vehicle, we may be able to reprogram that one for you as well.

Lost Keys
If you have had a set of keys lost or stolen, the we can disable the alarm fob for that set of keys so that they cannot be used to gain access to your vehicle without your permission. Should the keys materialise in the future, then they can easily be reactivated again.

Extra Modules
If you have retro fitted any extra Alarm modules to cover extra features such as central locking, electric windows or panic features, we can program them for use and adjust any sensitivities as required.

Please ensure you have a good battery and that it is fully charged, as your ignition will need to be switched on for extended periods. It is important to also ensure that all keys and keyfobs are present, including any spare sets that you may have.
