Ford Radio Cassette as fitted to a wide range of Ford Vehicles

This range of Radios are used in conjunction with a seperate on-board amplifier situated elsewhere in the vehicle.

Code entry is only possible when the four lines are flashing on the display. If the bars are not flashing, then the unit is codelocked and will have to be left switched on for up to two hours to reset. If the unit displays "10" then all of the attempts have been used up and the radio will have to be sent to us to be reset. Please contact us for the cost of this service. We are able to decode this radio via E-Mail if you follow the simple procedure below.

To remove the Radio simply inserted the removal tools through the holes, push in until a click is felt, and then withdraw the radio. The leads can then be unplugged.

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
CODE with " - - - - " flashing
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press " SELECT " to Enter
