Please note that code entry is only possible when the display shows "CODE". If the unit shows four bars "_ _ _ _ " then it is codelocked and must be left switched on for up to two hours before a further attempt at code entry is be possible. We are only able to decode and reset this radio if you send it to us. Please click on the link below for what to do next.

To remove the Radio, gently prise off the two vertical covers at either end of the radio to expose the four holes. Next insert the removal tools into the four holes at either side of the fascia, push in until a click is felt, and then withdraw the radio. The leads can then be unplugged.
