Do You Carry All Items In Stock?

Over 90% of the items shown on our website are carried in stock in one of our storage facilities. With 13 years of High Street Retailing behind us, we do know what does and doesn`t move quickly, and how much stock to carry. There may be a few items on our site not carried in stock, and obviously as we also support a busy shop, stock levels do tend to fluctuate, but thanks to the excellent relationship with our suppliers, stock levels are generally replenished next day, or even same day in some circumstances. So don`t let our stock levels be an issue when you place an order. If for any reason we are out of stock of a particular item, we will contact you without delay. There may also be times when some of the more popular items run short of supply from the manufacturers, which is obviously beyond our control, but it doesn`t happen often.

Do You Place Non Stock Items On Back Order?

Not unless you specifically ask us to. If there is a stock availability problem with an order, we will contact you and advise you accordingly with an estimated time of arrival. If you do not want to wait for an item, simply let us know, and we will not process your order. Please note that we may process a holding deposit whilst we are waiting for any special order items to come in, but only by prior agreement.

How Long Before I Receive My Order?

Due to the levels of Fraud on Internet sites, we have to take very tough precautions and stringent security checks before any items are dispatched. We do not allow any exceptions to this. Also because of the High Volume of orders that we are currently receiving, we are unable to offer a next day service, but generally, we aim to dispatch goods within three working days. But don`t worry, we never take anywhere near as long as the Mail Order legislation allows us of up to 28 days!

How Will My Goods Be Dispatched?

That really depends on what is ordered. Any High Value deliveries are sent out via Secure Courier, and for some of the general parcels we may use the Recorded or Special Delivery service from the Royal Mail. With some very low value items will we may even use 1st Class Post. But Because virtually all of our deliveries require a signature from you on arrival, we can allways track and trace them very easily. If for some reason you have not recived a parcel you are expecting, please contact us a.s.a.p., and we will track it for you.

Do You Deliver Oversea`s ?

Not usually. With postal prices in the UK significantly higher than the rest of Europe, and indeed the rest of the world, it is not generally economical for us to ship anything outside of the Mainland UK. Courier prices here are very expensive when trying to ship anything off of our island, and when you couple this with the associated high security risks you will understand our reluctance to do so. We are, however, more than happy to decode and repair radio`s from around the world, and are ready to quote return delivery prices for any overseas and over water customers. Please contact us if you require such a quote.

I`ve Changed My Mind And Would Like A Refund:

We are bound by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act of 2000, but only when dealing with Brand New goods. The Consumer has a 7 day cooling off period. If you wish to return a Brand New item to us within 7 days, please note that it must be in 100% original, undamaged, unused, uninstalled, unfitted and unmarked condition with all of the original packaging fully intact with no rips or tears whatsoever. We do not cover return postage, and we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if accepted back into stock. You must also include your invoice. If an item is returned in an acceptable condition then we will refund any outstanding money within the legislative 30 days. Please contact us for a returns number before sending any items back to us.
