It was pointed out to us the other day that we didn`t have any Suzuki Radio Codes listed, and I must admit that we
had completely overlooked this brand as we seldom see them for decoding. However, we will now include Suzuki Radios on
our database as from today .

After a few months undergoing trials of supplying our Fiat Decodes Online, we are proud to announce that after a 100%
success rate, that both our Alfa Romeo and Fiat Decoding Service have now been fully Automated, meaning that you can
obtain some of your Alfa Romeo and Fiat Code numbers INSTANTLY and without any delay for the models that are covered.
More models will be listed in due course.

Jaguar Codes
We have just started adding Jaguar Radios to our Unstant Online Code service as our trials have gone so well. Remember
that the Jaguar 9000 does not need to be removed from the dash to get its serial number - details on the website.

to accommodate some of the longer Ford Model Numbers.

numbers INSTANTLY and without any delay for the models that are covered. This Includes many Visteon and Sony Variants
also. More models will be listed in due course.

One from the Archives !
After trawling through some old archives the other day, I came across the Fast Car Street Bass Challenge that we
piloted a few years ago. Upon request, I have now re-added the page of the days events to the website and it can now
be found in the OTHER STUFF section. 1st May - 2008

Decode Re-Shuffle
In order to tidy up some of the Decoding lists, we have decided to remove BOSE units as a seperate category.
The BOSE radios can still be found under the relevant vehicle manufacturers listings.

A New Marque - Aston Martin
As you all know, we update our list of radios on our database on a daily basis, but its not often that we add a new
Marque. We have now added Aston Martin to our range of radios that we can decode.

Our Radio Decoding database is growing from strength to strength, and we now have 2485 models of radio listed aong with
radio code and code entry procedures. If you have a radio that is not listed, please give us a yell as it would be good
to break the 2500 mark !

Chrysler & Fiat Online Decoding Trials now underway
We have just started trials of our online Chrysler and Fiat radio decoding service. We have started off with a few models,
and will add more as the trials progress over the next few days. Our Ford trials are proving to be running very
successfully and we hope to be upgrading this to our Instant Code Service very shortly.

Trade Courier Collection Service
The trials of our Trade Courier Collection Service has gone so well, that we have decided to continue it for the
forseeable future. For the Trade customers amongst you that do not have your own courier facilities, it had not gone
unnoticed how much it was costing to send heavy parcels to us via the Post Office Counters. Our Trade Only
Courier collection service is at a much reduced rate. Please contact us for more details.

This is starting to cause us some real problems in the sheer time it is taking trying to identify peoples radio`s. You
would be amazed as to how many stereo`s now turn up with No contact details inside them, No instructions for why
they have been sent to us, and No address to send them back to.
Any orders for Decode or Repair placed via our website, will have an order reference number applied to them, and
will be placed in a que for repair from the point at which the order was placed. We operate a very strict first come,
first served policy, and preferences towards turnaround times are given to those booked in advance via our website.
Any radios now received without a reference number will No longer be given any priority turnaround treatment once the
customers identity has been established, and will be placed in the long repair que from that point in time.
Please note that this does not apply to our Trade Customers using our Phone Collection Service.
We now have 2550 different models of radio shown on our online decoding website, and most of them also include details
on how to enter the code numbers which can often be a complex problem in itself.
CITROEN - HONDA - PEUGEOT have now been activated, and more models will be added over the
coming weeks
Some of you have asked why the Instant Code Service doesn`t cover all models yet?
Well, there is a very good reason for that. To ensure that we can offer a 100% reliable service, we go through a very
rigorous procedure to test each code calculation. As you are aware, we can decode just about any radio that is sent to
our workshop, and whilst decoding, we are constantly evaluating the possibilities of decoding by other methods. Once
we are satisfied that we can calculate a code number for a radio, we then offer it on our basic Online decoding service,
where the data is recorded and monitored and each code is manually verified to ensure accuracy - this does put a small
delay on things though. Only when we have verified the Online codes of enough numbers of a similar model (with a 100%
pass rate) will we then move the radio to our fully Automated Code Service.
So as you can see, this will obviously take a little time to add all radios to our database, but rest assured, when they are added,
the codes that are returned will be 100% accurate.
Now fixed, and we would like to point out that this was a deliberate error to see who was paying attention !!

But we still have loads more to upload, so if yours isn`t shown, don`t worry - we can still decode it.
We hope to be back up and running by the 28th at the latest.
On the instant code front, we hope to have some very exiting news for you very shortly, as our Ford online decode
trials have neared completion. Thank you to all those who have taken part.
Due to increasing requests from our Motor Trade Dealers, we have now started to publish a stock list of O.E.M.
Refurbished Radios and CD players, and this can now be found on our main website.
Our decoding database has also grown over the past few weeks, with over 2450 models of radio now shown on our website.
The Radio codes for many of these can now be determined instantly via email. Full details on the relavent pages.
