1st September 2010 Are you Hungary ?
Due to popular requests from our friends in Hungary, we have now added your Country to our delivery network, and shipping prices are now calculated automatically on the checkout pages.
We have now started Online trials of decoding the Chrysler Jeep RB3 Navigation system via our E-Code services, which means that they no longer have to be sent to us. Full details on our website under the relavent model.
16th August 2010 Instant Radio Codes - Updated
Regular users of our fully automated Instant Radio Code Service will have noticed a few improvements have just taken place over the past few days. We have updated the checkout and code calculation pages to streamline the service even more, and it does mean that your code number is available the minute you press the button.
For those of you outside of Europe, we have also amended the service to cope with some of the more obscure Internet Browsers out there, so hopefully you guys will also notice a much improved service, but if you do experience any problems, please get in touch with us.
2nd August 2010 Swanage Carnival - What a turn out !!!!
Good to see so many of you at Swanage Carnival yesterday, and on behalf of the Buggy Club, thanks for cheering us all on as we headed off the start of the parade. In case you were wondering which one was us, we had the green Buggy with the bubble machine strapped to the roof.
Just a reminder that our Courier Collection service for the Trade guys amongst you is still being offered, where any incoming parcels can be collected by our own couriers at a flat rate of £10 per parcel, irrespective of how many radios you are sending us or the weight and size of the parcel. This is offering a much reduced cost for those who do not have your own couriers and have to rely on Royal Mail instead.
We have had a few enquiries recently asking if we were still offering this service. The answer is a most definate YES! So popular has this service been, that we are planning to continue to offer this for the forseeable future. To take advantage of this service, all you need to do is to package the radios in a box, and give us a ring for collection.
28th July 2010 Ford Navigations
We are now able to decode the Ford Travelpilot EX as found in the Mondeo via our fully automated instant radio code services. Details can be found on the decode pages of the website under the appropriate model number.
And an advance warning that we will be offline for a few days due to various shows and events that we are attending, and if anyone is going to the Swanage Carnival on Sunday 1st August, keep an eye open for us, we`ll be in our Green Beach Buggy.
16th July 2010 Iveco Radios
We have just started to upload some of the IVECO branded radios to our database, and those that are on there can be decoded via our Instant Code Service. Another new model to the website is the Ford 2050, which can now also be decoded from its serial number.
And for those of you who keep asking how the Beach Buggy is coming on, I have uploaded some pictures onto our projects page - obviously still under construction, but it will show how we are progressing with this one.
5th July 2010 Ford Locked 10 / 11 / 12 & 13
There appears to be another batch of software doing the rounds on the internet claiming to be able to provide Ford radio codes, and it is certainly having quite a serious impact on us. We are now seeing so many stereos that have been locked up and rendered useless by using the unlock numbers that have been generated, that we have now added an unlock service to our repair section. Please note that the price will reflect the number of incorrect attempts made, so those on Lock 12 will be paying more than those on Lock 10. More worrying though is the number of stereos we are now seeing with LOCK FOREVER on them, and I`m afraid that if your stereo says that, then its GAME OVER. Using this type of software hardly seems worth the risk when Ford codes from us start from only £7.50.
1st July 2010 Events Diary
Many years ago, we used to publish an Events Diary of forthcoming car shows and anything else that was of a bit of interest. Due to a recent request, we have launched it again, so if you know of anything that is worth a look, give us a yell and we will stick it on our Events page.
We ahve also just had a quick count up, and can now boast that we have over 3300 radios on our decoding database, and still loads more to be added yet !
28th June 2010 European Postage
By popular request of some of our European members, we have now updated our postage charges to automatically calculate the charges to most European countries.
The extra countries now included are, Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
18th June 2010 VIN Coded Radios
We are now able to decode and reprogram some of the later style RD4 N1 range of radios as fitted to the late model Peugeots and Citroens. Remember that as these models are programmed to the chassis number of the car, we need a copy of the V5 documentation to be included when sending these models in.
And following our recent Lamborghini news, by request of one of our customers younger boys, we have just found some pictures of a Lamborghini Countach and put them on our projects page, especially for you. Always happy to take requests.
11th June 2010 New Manufacturer Added To Decodes
Regular surfers to the site will have noticed that we now have a new Vehicle Manufacturer added to our decoding list. We are now able to decode Lamborghini stereo`s, and have started to add them to the website. As always, if you have one that is not shown, then give us a yell.
And whilst on the subject of Lamborghini, we still have some of their in dash 6 disc CD Changer stereos for sale as fitted to the Gallardo - these have so far been immensely popular with both the Lamborghini owners and also the Kit Car / Italian Replica fraternity.
9th June 2010 Filling Up The Boot
After the recent few conversations with my neighbour about subwoofers and useable boot space, I was reminded by a good friend of mine about an install we did where the criteria was the exact opposite - the boot space had to be used up using the largest speaker we have ever seen.
I have just found and uploaded the Honda HRV Install from our archives, and this has to rate fairly highly amongst the most bizarre installs that we have ever undertaken.
7th June 2010 Engine Management Lights Fault Codes
Over the years, cars have become more and more sophisticated, and DIY repairs are becoming increasingly more difficult due to the sophisticated and complex engine management systems and prohibitively expensive diagnostic equipment that is seldom within the reach of the average home mechanic.
The Engine Management Light (EML) is designed specifically to indicate a problem with the engine. Should your EML light be shown, then it is important to stop the car as soon as it is safe to do so and check the handbook in the first instance to see if your car is safe to continue driving.
When you refer to your manual, it will often say “take to Main Agent” as they want your custom, and not because nobody else can help. Well, we can certainly help you if you are located within the Torbay area.

3rd June 2010 MAN truck & lorry radios
We have now updated our Instant Code Services to include some of the radios as fitted to the MAN trucks and lorries. Although only a few are shown at the moment, most of these MAN ones can be decoded without sending them in, so if you need a code and your model is not yet shown on the website, please contact us.
We would also like to remind you that we are able to diagnose and reprogram the Sigma range of Car Alarms and accessories, and we have now put a small selection of the services we can offer on the website under the Security section.
