If there is a rotating digit to the left, then the unit is codelocked, and must be left switched on for up to two hours before a further attempt at code entry is be possible. To remove the Radio, gently prise forwards the two end caps at either end of the fascia to remove the four holes, taking care not to scratch the fascia as you do so. Insert the removal tools into the four holes at either side of the fascia, push in until a click is felt, and then withdraw the radio. The leads can then be unplugged.

Common Faults

It is quite common for the flywheels in the cassette deck to fracture, giving a ticking noise, or a warbling sound to the music.
