Whilst these screens are fairly tough, we are more than aware that accidents can happen.

If you have been unfortunate enough to have damaged your screen, you have probably then had to sit down after the price was given to you by the Nissan Main Dealer for a replacement radio.






It must be pointed out that Nissan do not offer any spares or technical support for this radio, and we at DND Services Ltd have now managed to obtain a limited supply of replacement LCD screens for this system, so that we may continue to repair and service these for many years to come.

This fixed price repair service is for the replacement of the LCD screen only, and if any other faults are found, or the unit has been tampered with, then we reserve the right to provide an estimate for any additional work that may be required.

Please make sure that you also include your code number when sending the unit in for repair. If you do not have your code number, then please also order a code from us as shown below.

If your Navigation System displays SYSTEM NOW LOCKED, we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. Because this is such a complex procedure to carry out, the approx turnaround time is 3 - 5 days from receipt to dispatch.
