Please note that code entry is only possible when the keypad is shown in the display. If the display continually shows "System Locked" and a serial number then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to one hour to reset before another code entry attempt is possible.

If you have lost your radio code, (and it has not been SYSTEM LOCKED as described below), we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. The Approx turnaround time is 48 hours from receipt to dispatch.

WARNING: SYSTEM LOCKED
This radio has a very limited number of code entry attempts. If the display shows "Incorrect PIN Entered too many times - System is now Locked - Contact your Nissan Dealer" then then all of your code entry attempts have been used up and the unit will have to be sent to us to be fully reprogrammed as well as decoded and reset. Details of this repair service can be found below.

Removal of the radio is fairly straightforward. This radio is bolted in place by four bolts, and these will be hidden beneath the dashboard trim. Removal of the trim will depend largely on the vehicle it is fitted to, but should not present any real problems. Please consult your service manual if you are unsure how to go about this. Once the four bolts that secure the radio frame have been removed, the stereo will come out in a rather large lump and can then be unplugged.

Press Preset 1 then 2 then 3 then 4
If the correct code number is now shown
Press " OK " Button To Enter

Unlocking Service
